Our Apps:
Our Apps (service) pertains to all published mobile apps owned and operated by Ajmal Apps. This includes OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App which you are viewing now. Check out the list of all our published apps from our developer page here.

Types of Data Collected:
 
Personal Data:
All our apps do not collect any personally identifiable information from you EXCEPT for one app which is  Medical Technology Quiz or OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide or OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App. This app collects email addresses used if you choose to sign up. Sign up for the OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App is voluntary and the app can be used by as "Guest" wherein such case, no email address is collected. The email address collected is used so that the app can track quiz progress and scores. It is also used to facilitate the login process every time you open the app. It is also used so that you can battle with other players in the app's multiplayer feature. All these enhance your experience with the app.
 
OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide app use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. 
 
For all our other apps, we may collect usage data but these will not identifiable to you. They are anonymous usage data.
 
Usage Data:
When you access our apps with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and other diagnostic data such as crash reports. All this information is collected by Google Firebase Analytics.
 
 
III. Use of Data
 
Our apps use the collected data for various purposes:
* To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
* To monitor the usage of our Service
* To address technical issues
* To track quiz progress and scores (Applicable only for OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Our apps' legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
 
Our apps may process your Usage Data because:

* The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

V. Retention of Data
 
Retention of all usage data collected are as per Google Firebase Analytics' policy. Ajmal Apps does not collect these data perse but processes only the information we see in Google Firebase Analytics Console.
 
Retention of email addresses collected by using the OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App are retained unless the user requests for their own personal email to be deleted in our database. In which case the user should email us for this request via Awaisapps4u@gmail.com
 
  
VI. Security of Data
 
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (email address collected from OctaFX Trading Strategy Guide App), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Apps does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
